Monthly rent for our studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom apartments in Pasadena varies, but all our apartments include basic utilities (with the exception of electricity). Contact our leasing office for our best rates.

Brookmore Apartments in Pasadena, CA offers free garage parking with a 24-hour guard!

You can easily pay through our online portal. Personal check, Cashier’s check, or money order made out to “Brookmore Apartments” are accepted and can be dropped off at the Rent Box located by the mailboxes.

We welcome your guests to our community; however, subletting is prohibited.

Deposit amount is determined by processing the application and running a credit check which will determine if we will charge up to one month. Deposit refunds upon move out are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to charge for any damages, cleaning etc. and it is mailed out as a check (NO ACH) to a forwarding address within 21 days.

You may send a formal email to the Resident Manager if you are interested in renewals. A 30-day notice must be submitted in form of an email to the Resident Manager to end your lease.

Gross income per apartment must be three (3) times the amount of the rent. All applicants must provide a valid social security number for a credit check to be performed. View our Rental Criteria for a complete list of applicant requirements.

Brookmore Apartments proudly offers residents 24-hour maintenance service and response. Contact the leasing office, or submit a maintenance request through our online Resident Portal. We will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.

Resident safety is a priority at Brookmore Apartments. Our community offers secure access into the building as well as garage parking and bike racks for residents.

Brookmore Apartments may occasionally host resident events; however, residents can enjoy our business center, recreation room, patio with grilling station, and dog run any time! We also offer complimentary breakfast and coffee to our residents every Friday morning.

Due to the age of the building, there are certain restrictions that come with renting at Brookmore. The walls are unable to hold anything over 50 lbs. Any and all modifications must have management approval in writing prior to altering the unit. Please email the Resident Manager if you are interested in making modifications.
